Ballerina Referral benefits are only available at Ballerina Nails and Spa salons. When you create your account, you accept to our Terms of Use.
$15 Referral coupon can only be used toward visit for at least $50 or more. All coupons, promotions, discounts can only applied towards 1 service of the visit.
Referral coupons cannot be redeemed for gratuity, gift cards, or cash back. You can redeem your rewards when checking out. Referral coupons are only valid within 30 days of receipt.
