Apprenticeship Program

Kickstart your career in the beauty industry with our Apprenticeship Program at Ballerina Nails & Spa. This is a hands-on training position designed for individuals who are passionate about nails but do not yet hold a license. You’ll learn directly from our experienced, licensed professionals while working toward the required 2,000 hours to qualify for your nail technician licensing exam.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed nail technicians during services
• Provide high-quality nail services including manicures, pedicures, and nail extensions when having more experience
• Learn nail care basics including manicures, pedicures, and sanitation
• Support the team with cleaning, prep, and customer care
• Practice under supervision as skills progress
• Maintain a positive, professional, and team-focused attitude
