Apprenticeship Program

Kickstart your career in the beauty industry with our Apprenticeship Program at Ballerina Nails & Spa. This is a hands-on training position designed for individuals who are passionate about nails but do not yet hold a license. You’ll learn directly from our experienced, licensed professionals while working toward the required 2,000 hours to qualify for your nail technician licensing exam.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist licensed nail technicians during services

Provide high-quality nail services including manicures, pedicures, and nail extensions when having more experience

Learn nail care basics including manicures, pedicures, and sanitation

Support the team with cleaning, prep, and customer care

Practice under supervision as skills progress

Maintain a positive, professional, and team-focused attitude
