EARNING POINTS
Points cannot be earned on purchases with Ballerina Gift Cards.
Earn 1 Point per $1 spent when you check in with your account or check in from the app, then pay with cash or credit/debit cards. You can also earn 1 Point per $1 spent when you link a payment method and pay directly through the app.

Ballerina Club benefits are only available at Ballerina Nails and Spa salons. When you create your account, you accept to our Terms of Use.
BENEFITS
To qualify for the Birthday Reward, your account must be created prior to checking out. All benefits, including but not limited to coupons, promotions, discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or coupons.
Points and referral coupons will expire 1 year after the date of issuing.
All coupons, promotions, discounts can only applied towards 1 service of the visit.
REDEEMING REWARDS
