Earning Points
Points cannot be earned on purchases made with Ballerina Gift Cards.
Members may earn 1 point per $1 spent when checking in with their account or checking in through the app and paying with cash, credit card, or debit card.
Members may also earn 1 point per $1 spent when a payment method is linked and payment is completed directly through the app.
Reward Redemption
For every 500 points in your account, you may redeem $10 off your visit.
A maximum of 500 points may be redeemed per visit.
Rewards cannot be redeemed for gratuity, gift cards, cash back, or cash equivalent.
Rewards must be requested at checkout before payment is completed.
Coupons, Discounts, and Benefits
All benefits, including but not limited to coupons, promotions, and discounts, cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, coupons, or special offers.
Coupons, promotions, and discounts may only be applied toward 1 eligible service per visit.
To qualify for the Birthday Reward, your Ballerina Club account must be created before your birthday and an email is required to receive the birthday coupon code.
Expiration and Availability
Points and referral coupons expire 1 year after the date they are issued.
Ballerina Club benefits are only available at Ballerina Nails & Spa salons.
Benefits, rewards, point values, redemption rules, and program terms may be changed, paused, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
