Terms of Use
Ballerina Referral benefits are only available at Ballerina Nails & Spa salons.
By creating an account and participating in the referral program, you agree to Ballerina Nails & Spa Terms of Use and applicable program rules.
Referral Benefits
A $15 referral coupon may be added after a referred guest completes their first eligible visit.
Referral coupons can only be used toward a visit of at least $50 or more.
All coupons, promotions, and discounts may only be applied toward 1 eligible service per visit.
Redeeming Referral Coupons
Referral coupons cannot be redeemed for gratuity, gift cards, cash back, or cash equivalent.
Referral coupons may be redeemed during checkout before payment is completed.
Referral coupons are only valid within 30 days of receipt.
Program Availability
Referral benefits, coupon values, redemption rules, and program terms may be changed, paused, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
Ballerina Nails & Spa reserves the right to review, adjust, or remove referral coupons in cases of error, misuse, account issues, or suspected abuse of the program.
